New Sephora Favorites

Okay, so here's how my trips to Sephora and Ulta work: I have a budget specifically for beauty products every month, so I take notes on all of the products I see going viral on TikTok, and see on Instagram. Then, I itemize them by priority (what am I running out of? And what do I want the most?). THEN I go into the store and browse all of my top-of-the-list-items. THEN, I decide which ones (within the budget) I am going to actually try this month.

So yeah, I don't just walk in and grab random stuff--it's a pretty exact science! LOL!

One of my favorite things to do is rack up my Sephora points so that I can use them to try new hype-d products for free! So, I was able to try a lot of new things this month! Some of them lived up to the hype, some of them EXCEEDED the hype, and some of them just plain fell short.

I filmed an IGTV reviewing the products and giving my real, honest reaction to each. You can click here to watch the video.

All of the products we'll be talking about today are linked in my LTK (here)!

Today I just want to share my favorites that I definitely think will WOW you, just like they did for me!

You can click here to shop the products!

Laura Mercier Pure Canvas Primer:

I loved this primer--I could see and feel a difference with my makeup application from using it. I loved it because of how lightweight it felt (it truly didn't feel like adding another layer to my makeup), it didn't upset my sensitive skin, and it truly gripped my makeup! I love this one and it's my favorite primer I've tried so far!

Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 Foundation:

I heard a lot of hype about this product, so I was skeptical when I tried it--but, seriously, one of my favorite products I own now! It is so lightweight, feels so light on the skin, still shows freckles, and just gives your skin a natural tint! Plus, it has SPF 40!!

I self tan, so I wear shade: Ramla Bay ST12.5 - tan with golden undertones.

I definitely want to try more Ilia products because they are vegan, cruelty free, and clean beauty! Have you tried any of their other products?! Let me know what I should try next!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Power Bar

I got the "Power Bar" for only $19! The shades are sooo pretty and pigmented. This is my favorite eyeshadow pallet and I'm so glad I decided to try it! I like that it has enough shades to do an eye look for both day and night. And, hello--can we beat a $19 eyeshadow pallet?! I also linked the full sized pallet on my Like To Know It, in case you wanted more of a color range!

Laura Mercier Powder Translucent Loose Setting Powder

Another Laura Mercier product that was surrounded by a lot of hype...another one that totally lived up to it!! This stuff ROCKS! It set my makeup and made it last after being outside all day (in the humid, summer heat)!! I also love it because it is so lightweight and doesn't feel cakey.

Iconic London Prep Set Glow Hydrating Spray

If you can only get one thing from this post, make it this. Seriously, I am OBSESSED (as you can tell from my IGTV LOL!) So. Glowy. And effective!! I am in love with how this looks over makeup, and how well it sets your makeup! Plus, it also hydrates while it sets!! I have the shade "Radiant Finish." I want to try the Iconic London highlighter next!

Sephora Collection Felt Tip Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

I was looking for the Tattoo Liner, but I found this one instead...and I'm so glad I did! It is sooo easy to apply, and never smudges! If you are a lover of a wing (like me!!), you'll love Sephora's Tattoo liner dupe. Did I mention it's only $14?! I use shade: 02 Cup of Joe.
